IMPRESSIVE LINE UP GRACES THIRD GREAT NORTHERN PIANO SESSION The third instalment of the Great Northern Piano Session, put together as part of the Atmospherica Concert Series, has a typically varied line up with a little of something for everyone. This is not your everyday common or garden classical piano concert. It will feature live piano accompaniment to a stunning video art installation from a collaboration between Frankfurt -based composer Garreth Broke and artist Anna Salzmann. It will also feature the stunning soundscapes of the critically acclaimed Suffolk based duo Pianofield, who make modern classical electronic music from piano and found sound. Atmospherica founder and award winning composer Steve Luck, completes the line-up performing pieces from his latest album ‘Collected Piano Solos – Volume 1. Broke and Salzmann’s album collaboration is called ‘Healing’ and the record will be released by 1631 Recordings / Decca in October 2019. A...
