Here Comes the Summer! Punk rock band The Undertones to headline Corbridge Festival in 2015. Northumberland’s biggest family friendly music festival is returning to Tynedale Park on Sat 11 th July 2015 for its landmark 5 th Birthday. Legendary punk rock band The Undertones will be headlining this celebratory year. The Londonderry band – famed for hits such as Teenage Kicks, Jimmy Jimmy, Here Comes the Summer and My Perfect Cousin – will take to the main stage for the climax of this magical event. Formed in 1975 the Undertones released thirteen singles and four albums, including the anthem ‘Teenage Kicks’, which was often cited by John Peel as his favourite song of all time, and went on to become the band’s signature track. The Undertones have more recently released two albums and perform regularly at music festivals around the world. In a 2000 poll by Q magazine, The Undertones debut LP came in the top 100 of Greatest British Albums of all times. Als...
